Robert Craig Deans, 26, of Franklin Ave., passed on to heaven Thursday, May 15, 2003 at St. Elizabeth's Medical Center, Utica. Bob was born on August 14, 1976 in New Hartford, the son of Craig and Ann Jones Dean. Bob was a 1995 graduate of Clinton High School and also attended M.V.C.C. He was a lifelong resident of Clinton. He was of the Episcopal Faith. Bob truly appreciated every day of his life. His books, computer and movie collection were special to him. Bob had a keen sense of humor and brought out the best in everyone who knew him. Bob was the beloved s on of Ann and Craig Deans of Clinton and the beloved brother of Barry Deans of Boston, MA. Also surviving are his paternal grandmother Ann Deans of Carrollton, VA; his maternal grandmother Elizabeth Jones of Waterville; aunts and uncles, Iola and Terry Idzi of Waterville, Glenys and Richard Williams of Cazenovia, Megan and Joel Gelb of Downington, PA, Lorna Swartz of Carrollton, VA and Barry and Margaret Deans of Belleville, Ontario, Canada. Bob is also survived by many cousins. Funeral services will be held Monday morning at 10:00 a.m. from St. James Episcopal Church, William St., Clinton. Interment will be in Sunset Hill Cemetery, Clinton. Friends are invited to memorial calling hours Sunday from 4-7 p.m. at Owens-Pavlot Funeral Services, Inc., 35 College St., Clinton.
